Player Sponsorship Program

1. Sign an assistant agreement form –

      *No funds can be allocated on a player’s behalf without signing the assistance agreement form*

2. “Sponsor a Player” donation form –

          *All Player Sponsorship donations must be done through the link above*


Other Information:

  • On the 14th of each month a FHBF staff member will pull a report for the previous month’s donations. On the 15th of each months, player sponsorship funds will be credited to each player’s account to reflect a new balance for their player fees.
  •  An itemized report will be sent to the families who received a donation no later than the 21st of each month with a breakdown of the donations and donors.
  • FHBF suggests that you ask in your donation request to potential donors to notify you after they complete their sponsorship on your behalf. Per the bullet point above, by the 21st of every month is when FHBF will send you an itemized receipt of the amount donated as well as who donated.
